Every year CVC hosts a number of tournaments. Once this season's schedule is posted ... be sure to register early to ensure your team’s space in your desired tournament. If a tournament is showing as FULL and you would like to be put on a waiting list, please follow the directions under "Reserving an Entry." To see a listing of teams currently registered, click on a tournament date to the left (blue column on the left).

How to Register…
To register for a Canby Tournament, you can reserve a spot for your team in an OPEN tournament in minutes by e-mail. After your initial registration, mail us the necessary payment and paperwork to secure your spot. Follow the information provided below:

Schedules will be available approximately one week prior to tournament date by going to the link for your specific tournament date. We also try to email the information to club directors or coaches at about this same time.
Information and Facilities:
- All tournaments are held at Canby High School or Baker Prairie Middle School.
- Due to facility rules NO tables, electrical appliances of any kind, oversized ice chests, etc. will be permitted in the facility. Teams should set up their camps in such a way that you are not blocking hallways, doors, etc. Please follow all posted signs for where camps are allowed. Common courtesy and respect for your competitors should ensure a great tournament for all. Failure to comply with this rule will subject your team to a 5-point penalty on the 1st violation and 10-points thereafter. The Tournament Director, CVC President and/or CVC Head Coach have sole discretion in determining whether or not a team has properly complied with this rule. If you're not sure what is allowed, please ask and if needed we'll check your team's area as soon as time allows.
- Entrance Fee - $2.00 per person/$5.00 per family (limit 4). Players and coaches (2 per team) are free, please identify yourself.
- Concessions will be provided in the lobby of the gym, including hot dogs and other breakfast, lunch and snack items. Food and drinks are allowed in the gym and camp areas, but you MUST clean up after yourself/teams.
- There are also a number of fast food places, delis, and convenience markets in the local area that we will gladly help you locate.
- A Hospitality Room, including complimentary lunch items and refreshments, will be provided for Coaches and Officials. Please do not allow parents and/or players access to this room.
- Team areas may be in the gym or the hallway through the doors near Court 1. No team areas are allowed be set up in the lobby.
- All chairs MUST have protective caps on the feet, be placed on a protective surface such as a newspaper, towel or blanket, or be of a design that will not scratch the floor.
